Introducing Rezen Detox Diet

What Toxins Can Do To Our Body

Because of changes in eating habits and various lifestyle fluctuations, people of the modern era consume significantly more food than the body actually needs for energy expenditure. This not only results in weight gain but also leads to a buildup of waste products or toxins in the body.

These toxins may lead to diseases such as obesity, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), chronic fatigue, acne, atopy, chronic sinusitis, metabolic syndromes (hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia), and autoimmune diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, lupus, Behcet’s disease, Crohn’s disease).

Rezen Detox vs Traditional ‘Fasting’

‘Fasting’ is a method commonly used to remove toxins in the body and lose weight. Unlike traditional fasting that is based on pure starvation, Rezen detox is a therapeutic fasting practice that supplements your body with essential nutrients during the fasting period. It is designed to be a safe and effective detox procedure. By supplementing your body with nutrients during fasting, you are able to remove toxins while maintaining your daily activities. Rezen Detox has been shown to lead to various health benefits and weight loss.

Patented Formula from Korea

The ingredients of Rezen have been carefully selected, inspired by the Korean Royal Family tea. Herbal medicine has been an integral part of Korean Royal tradition since ancient times. With Rezen Detox, we have reimagined the same exceptional quality detox tea for the 21st century.

Rezen’s all-natural and herbal ingredients are directly harvested from a farm in Korea. The ingredients undergo an extensive three-step fermentation process for three years in Kangwon, the cleanest and most environmentally-friendly province in South Korea.

Each step is designed to preserve the beneficial nutrients in the ingredients and maximize the benefits of fasting. The herbal ingredients in Rezen Detox help maximize toxin removal and reduce symptoms that occur during regular fasting such as fatigue, upset stomach, nausea, headache, and electrolyte imbalance.

Rezen Detox FAQ

If you follow the 1-month program, you can expect to lose about 7%-10% of your Body Weight. However, results will vary for individuals. Patients who have more muscle mass or increase their physical activity can expect to lose more weight.

In general, patients who are underweight, anemic, hypotensive, pregnant, breast feeding, or adolescent are recommended to refrain from Rezen Detox. Patients who should consider Rezen Detox are those with any of the following: obesity, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, arthritis, skin disease, or autoimmune disease.

Rezen Detox includes herbal ingredients that will boost your energy and prevent fatigue. However, you should avoid strenuous exercise and activities that require extended energy expenditure.

Through fasting, the order in which weight leaves the body is extracellular water, waste product, then fat. Due to loss of water in muscle, it may seem as if muscle mass is decreasing. However, you will eventually regain muscle mass after the recovery stage. It will be mostly body fat that is reduced in the long-term.

These symptoms could be due to caffeine withdrawal. Those who have a habit of drinking high caffeine beverages such as coffee, tea, soda, and energy drinks may experience the above symptoms once they stop drinking caffeine. It is strongly advised that patients gradually reduce their caffeine intake before starting the detox program.

Rezen Detox contains 420 Calories per day. This will be absorbed by the body without digestion, allowing the digestive system to take a break. Not having bowel movements during the fasting period is normal. Those with slower bowel movements may excrete previously ingested food during Day 1-3 then have no more movements afterwards. Around Day 8-10, one may have tar-like bowel movement, removing waste products from the villi of your intestines.

Patients who normally experience cold hands and feet or cold lower abdomens may experience diarrhea when drinking Rezen with cold water. Drink Rezen with warm water instead and use heating pads on your abdomen to warm your body. Another reason could be that patients who previously did not intake 1.5 L of water/day may have diarrhea from drinking more water than usual. In that case, mix Rezen with less water.

Exercise is necessary to improve your metabolism and maintain muscle mass. Light exercise is strongly recommended. Those who rely on carbohydrates as an energy source rather than fat burning may experience more tiredness and fatigue during the initial days. In that case, light aerobic exercise such as walking will help initiate fat burning and feel better.

People who love to eat, eat irregularly, or overeat will experience difficulties in suppressing their appetite during the first 2 to 3 days of the fasting period. For those who rely on carbohydrates for energy, craving is worse because fat burning has not yet been initiated. After 2 to 3 days, fat burning will be initiated and food craving will be reduced.

Please consult your physician and receive a blood test to readjust your medication. You should also always monitor your blood pressure during the Rezen Detox program. Research has shown that Rezen Detox participants experienced a reduction in systolic blood pressure by an average of 8.7%.

Please consult your physician and receive a blood test to readjust your medication. You should always consult your physician regarding any medication before starting and after completing Rezen Detox. If you take your medication during the fasting period, it may cause a hypoglycemic reaction. However, if your blood glucose levels are still high during the fasting period, you may continue to take your medication. Please monitor your blood glucose levels daily. Research has shown that therapeutic fasting increases participants’ insulin sensitivity. Rezen Detox is not recommended for Type 1 Diabetic patients with insulin injections.

Please consult your physician and receive a blood test to readjust your medication. You should always consult your physician regarding any medication before starting and after completing Rezen Detox. Research has shown that Rezen Detox participants experienced a reduction in cholesterol levels.

Please consult your physician and receive a blood test to readjust your medication. You should always consult your physician regarding any medication before starting and after completing Rezen Detox. During the fasting period, your metabolism will be initially reduced. Patients with hypothyroidism who suddenly discontinue their medication may experience
symptoms such as fatigue, cold hands and feet, and edema. Synthyroid can improve digestion and help with weight loss.

If you consume salty or spicy food or overeat during the readjustment period, you will experience weight gain. Your body will reset during the fasting period and become more sensitive to salty and spicy foods. Consuming too much of these types of foods will result in stomach discomfort and edema. If this happens, we recommend practicing intermittent
fasting supplemented with Rezen. If you are unable to decrease your appetite, please consult your Rezen professional for additional herbal medication options to help with appetite suppression and weight loss.

It is possible. We can tailor a program that fits your goals and conditions.
